The Women’s Review of Books (WRB) publishes reviews, essays, fiction, poetry, and visual art by and about women. Work in translation is welcome. Previously unpublished work only. WRB pays $100 per accepted piece. All rights revert to the author/artist after publication.

Book Review Submission Guidelines
- Submit one review, up to 500 words (PDF, DOC, DOCX).
- Include book title, author, publisher, and publication year.
- Include a brief third-person bio (up to 100 words).
- Simultaneous submissions allowed; withdraw immediately if accepted elsewhere.
- Only one submission per reading period.
Review Essay Submission Guidelines
- Submit one essay, up to 1,000 words (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
- Include a brief third-person bio (up to 100 words).
- Simultaneous submissions allowed; withdraw immediately if accepted elsewhere.
- Only one submission per reading period.
Long-form Article Submission Guidelines
- Submit one article, up to 3,000 words (PDF, DOC, DOCX).
- Include a brief third-person bio (up to 100 words).
- Simultaneous submissions allowed; withdraw immediately if accepted elsewhere.
- Only one submission per reading period.
